SEASON ONE - SHAREHOLDER CRATES

Welcome, shareholder. NET is backed by a USDG treasury on Robinhood Chain, with a 1 USDG floor enforced on-chain every block and dividends rebased to sNET every 8-hour epoch. Season 1 Shareholder Crates are now open: the larger and longer your position on the register, the fuller your Crate.

NAV floor

Every NET is backed by no less than 1 USDG in the treasury, and the reserves stand above that floor today.

Buyback program

If NET trades below NAV, the treasury bids for it and retires what it buys. The bid has stood since the market opened.

Management without managers

Stake NET and dividends arrive every 8 hours, set by an immutable formula rather than a committee.

Reserves that earn

Idle USDG in the treasury is lent through Morpho, so the backing behind each NET grows while it sits.

Programs

Shareholder Dividend Program

LIVE

Stake NET and receive a distribution every 8 hours. The rate follows the market premium by formula and is capped so that every NET stays backed by no less than 1 USDG.

Real World Bonds

LIVE

Subscribe with USDG and receive NET at a discount to the open market on a two day vest, with no slippage and none of the trading fee an ordinary purchase pays. The same transaction routes your capital through Rialto into tokenized equities.

WinNET

LIVE

A nightly prize draw. You add money, it is held as NET and staked, and the rewards that stake earns become the night's pot for one player to take. Your NET quantity stays yours whether you win or not, and its dollar value moves with the market. A sweepstakes for players 18 and over.

The Superstore

LIVE

Boxed software, sold the way a computer store sold it in 1996. Each Edition names a tokenized equity at a fixed price in USDG and holds a random quantity of NET, with the odds published on chain and printed on the back of the box. Every box pays at least its stated floor, and when one opens the buyer has 60 seconds to keep the NET or uninstall for a discounted share of the win in stock.

CLIMB, INC.

LIVE

A corporate ladder role playing game, played for real money. Every purchase on the climb buys NET or a tokenized equity into your own escrowed book, and there are exactly three ways out: resign and keep 80 percent, lose the career and your book joins the jackpot pool, or take the Chairman's seat and roll for the jackpot. For players 18 and over.

COINflip

LIVE

A provably fair coin flip, played for real money. You pick a side and the flip is settled on chain, and a winner is paid in COIN, the tokenized Coinbase stock, bought live at the moment the coin lands. The coin is fair and the 5 percent fee is the only edge the house keeps. For players 18 and over.

SPACEX INVADERS

LIVE

A reverse Plinko drop, played for real money. You fire a shot up through a field of rocks and it ricochets onto one of nine aliens, each printed with its payout multiplier, paid in SPCX, the tokenized SpaceX stock. The odds are printed on the machine: the board returns about 90 cents on the dollar on average and a 5 percent fee sits on top. For players 18 and over.

MSFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR

LIVE

A crash game, played for real money. You set the jump line before takeoff, the flight's true ceiling is sealed in a public randomness beacon, and reaching your line pays your stake times the line in MSFT, the tokenized Microsoft stock. The odds are printed on the machine: every line returns 90 cents on the dollar on average and a 5 percent fee sits on top. For players 18 and over.

TURBO BLACKJACK

LIVE

Six deck blackjack, played for real money, where the chips are TURBO cards. Each chip is a 5 times leveraged knock-out call on NVDA, the tokenized NVIDIA stock, worth about one dollar at the door and held in your own wallet, so a winning hand pays more NVIDIA exposure. The dealer stands on every seventeen and a blackjack pays three to two. The numbers are printed on the machine: the rules carry a house edge of 0.426 percent against basic strategy, the table takes a 1 percent rake at the door and nothing per hand, and if NVDA touches the chip's financing level every chip in the game is worth zero at once. For players 18 and over.

TURBO

LIVE

The Long-Dated Desk. A card is a leveraged position on a tokenized equity, NVDA and AAPL at launch, sold at 5 USDG for 25 times exposure. Every card names a crash price. The card is worth the distance between the market price and that crash price, and it is worth nothing from the moment the market touches it. Cards close at any hour at a formula printed on the desk, they are ERC-1155 tokens held in your own wallet, and every open card is reserved in full on chain. The desk settles on price alone and carries no randomness. It charges 5 percent of the premium to open and 5 percent of the profit on a winning close. For traders 18 and over.

Loopback

LIVE

The fund's credit facility. Wrap staked NET and borrow USDG against it in a Morpho Blue market, or let the Turbo router build the position for you in a single transaction.

A note on the equities

The tokenized equities bought through Real World Bonds and the Superstore are held in the NetNet RWA Sleeve, a wallet custodied by the Manager and earmarked for the benefit of the protocol. The Sleeve is not part of on chain reserves and is not part of the backing behind NET today. The Manager may deploy it to support the backing or the buyback program in adverse conditions, at its discretion.
